Organic certification is granted after accurate examinations and administrative analyses that are performed throughout the production process.

Organic products must include, on their label, the statement “product of organic farming”, accompanied by the name of the certifying body, the number of the Ministerial Authorization, and the alphanumeric code that serves as the identification card for the product. 

The company that turns our fruits into preserves has got the organic certification as well. This means that during all of the steps, from cultivation to transformation, are being respected, including the quality standards for the organic certification.

As it is set by the Italian law, the label “gluten free” is voluntary. Every kind of product for which a company can guarantee the lack of gluten*, it can use the label “gluten free”. We can guarantee that our preserves are gluten free.
